Currently, BoyBoy operates in Lagos and covers both Island and the mainland. BoyBoy has a wide network of riders scattered around Lagos.

Creating an account is simple. Visit your App store or Google Playstore to download the app for free. 

Launch the app and add your name, email, and number in the registration fields. When you click submit your account details, you will receive a verification code via SMS or email. Input the OTP verification code to complete your registration and log into the app. 

Open the BoyBoy App, and select the type of package you are sending. Fill in the receiver and package details. You can add the photos of the package. 

Select the receiver location and click on request delivery. Our nearest available service provider will come to your location to fulfill your request. 

Yes, it is that simple. 

With our App, you can track your delivery. Once the courier has collected the package and started the trip,  you will see the rider's progress and location. 

 If you have any concerns about your courier, kindly use the call feature to contact the rider about this. If you are unable to reach the rider. Please contact our support team and they will help you resolve the issue.

We currently only accept card payments. We don't accept cash as a payment method. We, however, believe card payments are easy to manage and are safer for our customers. Where there are issues refunds, reconciliations where necessary are easy to manage

In addition, your card is only charged when the delivery has been completed. We believe this gives our clients more assurance of our commitment to deliver as promised

No you cannot. Once you choose a requested delivery and the trip has started, you cannot switch to another payment method. 

We recommend that you review the fare estimate and payment options before you make a delivery request

We calculate delivery fees using the base fare and the distance between the item pickup and delivery point.

Yes, we charge cancellation fees if the cancellation is late after the rider has arrived or is close to your location.

If you cancel a delivery request, the cancellation fee will be added to your next delivery fare.

On the next delivery request, the total payment will include the delivery fee and the and the cancellation fee from your previous delivery request. 

You will be issued two separate receipts.

You can report issues about a rider. Click on the Menu, then tap on Help. Click on Report to drop your complaints.

Yes, you and the rider can rate each other after delivery. The rating is from 1 to 5 stars and is based on overall service experience. 

You may also provide additional feedback about the trip in the text box.

We carry out security and background checks on riders and service providers on the BoyBoy platform.

If you would like to join the BoyBoy platform. Download the BoyBoy rider from the Google play store or Apple app store. Launch the app and complete the sign-up or registration form and we will be in touch. 

You can also visit our website to sign-up as a rider and we will contact you. 

If you have a 200cc bike, you can register as a rider on the BoyBoy platform. Take advantage of this opportunity to make an extra income.

After the rider has delivered your package, you will get an in-app notification that your package has been delivered successfully.

Yes, you can use BoyBoy to deliver goods.

Yes, you may use BoyBoy to deliver anything you EXCEPT items that are illegal and prohibited by law. 

These items may include but not limited to

• Weapons and Ammunitions 
• Fireworks and explosives 
• Hazardous waste 
• Live animals 
• Hard drugs and narcotics 
• Corpses or cremated remains 
• Materials whose trade is prohibited by international treaties 
• Items of incredible value such as Gold, diamonds, etc.
• Bank bills
